Professional Experience
    Naomi has provided performance psychology services to a number of elite environments. After starting her journey interning at Leicester City FC Youth Academy, Naomi began her own consultancy business NCW PERFORMANCE, attracting clients including GB wheelchair tennis players and The Football Association.  Naomi is also the Mental Skills Coach for Castleford Tigers RLFC youth development, supporting athletes and coaches, and the Talent ID process. Naomi is also currently undertaking a research project with The FA, contributing to the structure and development of their disabability player pathway programme.
    Graduating from The University of York in 2013 with a BSc (hons) in Psychology, Naomi combined her academic and sporting  interests by completing a Masters in the Psychology of Sport and Exercise (British Psychological Society Accredited) at Loughborough University in 2014. She is now enrolled on the BPS Stage 2 Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology, a pathway leading to chartership with the British Psychological Society and HCPC registration.
    Sporting Background
    Naomi has a sporting background, having played both badminton and tennis to county standard. During her undergraduate degree she was the captain of the University of York ladies tennis team for 2 years; playing on the Loughborough University development squad for the duration of her MSc. Naomi has been a qualified Level 1 tennis coach since 2012.  During her time as a coach, she has specialized in disability tennis, coaching at a visually impaired tennis club in York and with children and adolescents from an RNIB college in Loughborough. Naomi continues to play tennis, with a huge interest in fitness and strength training.
